Our internal shelf heating system gives each shelf its own heater, in-shelf temperature sensor, and digital controller. Combined with thermally conductive aluminum shelves and 4th-generation low proportional gain temperature control, this ensures accurate temperature within ±1°F, rapid heating, low energy consumption, and minimal external heat transfer.

Every Ai vacuum oven undergoes a two-stage 24-hour vacuum leak test and final quality control in Melbourne Australia, guaranteeing reliability before shipment.
